Find Your Moment of Calm
Find presence and harmony through the resonance of handpan, gongs, and singing bowls. These soothing vibrations help shift your nervous system from a "fight-or-flight" state into one of deep relaxation and rest.
It is the perfect way to reset your body and mind.
What happens during a sound bath?
You'll get comfortable on your mat, settle in and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.
I'll gently guide you into the session and bring you back at the end.
In between, there's nothing you need to do.
You might feel deeply relaxed, notice your thoughts becoming quieter, or even drift off to sleep.
There is no right or wrong way to experience it.

A Journey of Sound
I aim for a restful experience - a space to explore your inner landscape.
Named as a nod to my grandmother’s healing room,
the Sanctuary is an intention of peace.
Whether I’m playing 'Ella the Enchantress' or the singing bowls found on pilgrimage in Nepal, my hope is to guide you into a state of deep, melodic rest.
Getting Comfortable
Your session is a chance to completely switch off, so come prepared to get cosy.
• Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Bring a blanket and pillow
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in
Once you're comfortable, there's nothing you need to do. Simply lie back, listen and allow yourself to rest.
What if I fall asleep?
It's completely natural to drift off during a sound bath - your body may simply be taking the opportunity to rest. If your sleep sounds become disruptive to the group, I'll gently place a hand on your shoulder to bring you back.
